Due to the pressure of being challenged, we send our Innovation Proposal to the Chinese through one of their innovation & technology competition (& Representative).  However, we are reluctant to give up Innovation 1) Pandora Box and Innovation 2) David's Slingshot without an ironclad agreement. So, we have offered quite a good innovation Innovation 3) since we have no idea the sincerity from their side.

Minor addition to the proposal (due to being rushed)

1) 300,000 yuan is insignificant relative to the geopolitical and military advantages we may impart upon China.

2) The technologies proposed are within the reached of Chinese economical capabilities, resources and military/intelligence strength.  Nothing far-feteched being offered.

3) Warfare is an Art. It is not about having the fastest submarine or the largest Nuclear Arsenal.


The Chinese administration have 14 days to respond (until the 25th November 2021) to our request. All the documents presented (contains no important information at the moment) will be fully published if an agreement cannot be struck. Once again, we are not hesitant and unsentimental to take down a 1.4 billion Goliath by dealing with the United States (AUKUS, NATO & Japan) Defence Contractors and government.

 

*We never guarantee Innovation 3) and it's content are not hacked and leaked as we are lazy (and not obliged) to change our devices and shield ourselves from complete surveilance. In the event that it is hacked, we will provide Innovation 1) and 2) if the Chinese side could provide hacking evidence and a mutual understanding can be made.
